瑞中所与丹麦投资局高级官员面晤
2013年5月10日，北京市瑞中律师事务所邀请丹麦外交部下属投资局中国区总监毕冉伟先生、爱国者文化发展股份有限公司海外事业部经理江浩先生参与有关“中国企业走出国门”的商业会晤。瑞中所主任、创始合伙人邓泽敏律师及瑞中所外事助理赵丹妮、时长璐热情接待了来访贵宾。
邓律师首先简要介绍了瑞中所的业务范围以及此次会晤的主要目的与构想。邓律师表示，目前越来越多的国家对吸引中国投资抱有兴趣，而中国企业也寻求扩大国际业务，作为中国境内的一家知名律所，瑞中律师事务所愿意在促进中国企业走出国门方面提供自己力所能及的帮助，包括通过建立网络视频空间等方式向中国企业介绍境外投资概况和相关法律事务。丹麦投资局中国区总监毕冉伟先生随后表达了其真挚的感谢，并表示愿意为瑞中律师事务所接洽丹麦相关律所提供帮助。
此外，爱国者文化发展股份有限公司海外事业部经理江浩也与毕冉伟先生展开了亲切的会谈。江浩先生首先向毕冉伟先生详细介绍了目前爱国者国际化联盟进入欧洲市场的总体战略和现阶段所取得的成绩，并就联盟企业家进驻丹麦进行投资的相关问题寻求了毕冉伟先生的意见。
在友好的氛围中，各方就中国企业在丹麦投资的基本问题充分交换了意见，并承诺保持长期联系，共同为中丹企业发展提供帮助，为增进中丹友谊做出应有的贡献。
会谈结束后，邓律师向毕冉伟先生赠送了礼物，随后与会人员进行了合影留念。
Meeting with Mr. Rasmus Bjoernoe from Invest InDenmark
On May 10th, Beijing Ruizhong Law Firm held afruitful meeting with Mr. Rasmus Bjoernoe from Invest In Denmark and Mr. RolandJiang from Aigo Culture Development (Beijing) Holding Co.,Ltd, which centeredupon how to promote Chinese investment overseas.
Mr. Deng Zemin, Director and Senior Partner forRuizhong Law Firm first made an introduction to the firm and touched upon thetheme of this meeting. He mentioned that currently more and more foreigncountries are keen to attract Chinese investment and Chinese enterprises arealso striving to expand their overseas business. Against this background,Ruizhong Law Firm would like to provide their best assistance in facilitatingChinese overseas investment. Mr. Rasmus Bjoernoe expressed his greatappreciation for Ruizhong’s efforts and promised to provide much relevant materialsfor our firm. He also offered to bridge Ruizhong and other law firms fromDenmark.
In addition, Mr. Roland Jiang went on to have adelightful and productive talk with Mr. Rasmus Bjoernoe. He first introduced indetail the Aigo Entrepreneurs Alliance and its investment strategy in Europe.Then he consulted with Mr. Rasmus Bjoernoe on relevant issues regarding theinvestment environment in Demark.
All the sides had a full exchange of views duringthe meeting. They hope to make their due contribution to promoting Chineseinvestment overseas.
After the meeting, Mr Deng Zemin sent a gift toMr. Rasmus Bjoernoe on behalf of the whole firm before a group photo was taken.
