On the afternoon of April 2, 2013, the director and foundingpartner of Beijing Ruizhong Law Firm, lawyer, Mr. Deng Zemin and the Assistantof the Foreign Affairs Assistant, Mrs. Zhao Danni was invited to visit the theeconomic and trade institution of Germany government - Germany Trade &Invest (hereinafter referred GTAI). They had a conversation with therepresentative in China, Mr. Markus Hempel and the project manager, Mrs. YeLijuan.

Mr. Deng briefly described the main business field, workperformance and strategic direction of Ruizhong Law Firm. Mr. Hempel alsointroduced the main business of GTAI. Then, the two sides exchanged theopinions that Chinese enterprises hope to go abroad and Germany and otherEuropean countries also hope to attract Chinese investment. About the thingsabove they have reached an agreement. During this period, Mr. Deng mentioned,as member of China Zhi Gong Party, in his participation in the deliberation andadministration of state affairs process, he has attached great importance tothe process of internationalization and global strategy of Chinese companies,and would negotiate this with the Business Committee of Chaoyang District.GTAI  expressed a strong interest in theconversation. They hope that Mr. Deng could introduce Germany to the Governmentof Chaoyang District. They also expressed their willingness to welcome Chineseenterprises to invest in Germany. In addition, GTAI was very willing to provideinformation and documents on investment in Germany to the lawyers of RuizhongLaw Firm. In this way, the lawyers can through many kind of media to thepresent Germany and promote the Chinese enterprises to invest Germany. In afriendly atmosphere, the two sides fully exchanged views and promised tomaintain normal contact. They will work together to help the development of theChinese and German enterprises and make contributions to promote the friendshipbetween China and Germany.

After the talks, Mr. Hempel presented Mr. Deng a gift. They alsotook some pictures friendly.
