The Lawyers Of Beijing RuizhongLaw Firm Meet With The Economic and Commercial Counselor Of The Embassy OfSpain In Beijing.

At 10 o 'clock, September 24,2012, as the invitation of the Spanish Economic and Commercial Counselor,lawyer Deng Zemin and the other two lawyers from Golden-cvn Beijing RuizhongLaw Firm met with the Economic and Commercial Counselor and the trade officersof the Investment and Macroeconomic Analysis Department at the Economic andCommercial Office of Spain in Beijing. 

At the meeting, Mr. Kang Lei（JoseLuis Kaiser）,the Commercial Counselorintroduced the situation about Spain firstly. He said that they hope therecould be more Chinese enterprises invest in automobile, land development, andespecially in renewable in Spain. In addition, according to lawyer Deng’s somesuggestions, Mr. Counselor wishes that he can approach with more and moreChinese related enterprises through the introduction of Deng, in this way, hemay provide Chinese entrepreneurs with more information about the Spanishprojects which are needed to be invested.

During the meeting, lawyer Dengput forward that, according to the European economic crisis and the situationof China's current economic development, more countries, especially Europeancountries, Canada, and some countries in Africa, are eager to attract Chineseentrepreneurs to invest in their places, so that the economy of their countrieswill get developments.

Moreover, Deng said that inrecent years, as the development of the social economy and the situation ofeconomic globalization, as Zhongkun group had rent lands in Iceland, there havebeen more communication and cooperation between countries. After the reform andopen policy in China, it becomes inevitable that Chinese enterprises will goabroad. So, as Chinese lawyers, we have the responsibility and duty to help andprotect our enterprises to invest overseas. At the same time, We also hope tobe able to make our contributions to Spanish attracting investments work bytaking this.
